- Claims must be submitted directly to AME System Pty Ltd. Claims cannot be made with LINAK or any third-party manufacturer.

- All return requests must be submitted directly to AME System Pty Ltd.
- Products must be returned in unused, original condition unless otherwise approved.
- Refunds, replacements, or credits are provided at the sole discretion of AME System in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
- Custom orders or special configurations may not be eligible for return unless faulty.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
